Exercise doesn't have to be strenuous to be a good focus technique. Be sure to pick an activity that doesn't aggravate your pain, and bring a VibraCool® with you to use before/during/after to reduce delayed onset muscle soreness. Walking, biking, and swimming are all great options, but if you're sheltered in place, we've collected some great at home exercises below.

ACSM has 40 body weight exercises for beginners, complete with pictures and modifications. We recommend trying 10 reps of every animal workout (bear crawl, bird-dog, cat-cow, cobra press, donkey kick, downward dog, and inchworm.
